At home at the table

See something red on my hand. "Ooo Ketchup!" Put hand in mouth "I didn't eat Ketchup today. This is Paint." Go wash hands and think about how the more I work with 4-5 years olds the more I act like a 4-5 year old.

Good this was how I responded, but when I told my sister she looked at me like I was crazy.

So the new nurse thinks I'm a nutcase because she doesn't understand my neuroticisms yet... But she'll get me soon enough.... But...

I don't let the children color with marker, so when his finger had red all over it I'm all, "DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING" and I made another student take him down to the clinic because I wasn't sure if it was blood or marker.

Turned out to be marker.

But you know...

Better safe than sorry...

Also might have told this story seven times already. I'm on Nyquil so you never know. ♥

I am too germophobic to ever get into this situation.

That's hilarious. Thankfully, I haven't made it to this stage yet. I think working with the slightly older kids helps balance things out.
