Not going outside
Mon Jan 16, 2012 6:58:43 pm

The sidewalk looks very icy, I want to go to the store. The ramp I have to walk on to get outside looks very icy too, maybe if I hang from the fence? Well I decided to stay inside and avoid pulling a burnadette.

That also probably means I will see the lemon girl again in spring.

The weather channel says there will be a big storm on Wednesday.

Safe and warm is a good combination!

Seattle doesn't have good snowplowing.

Good choice. I have no problem going out in snow or extreme cold, but ice... ice keeps me indoors. I'm prone to falling on dry ground!

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow, so we will see how that goes. I mean the going outside.

The other day I saw some, I think they were called cramp-ons, online somewhere and thought of you.

I know! You can buy ice cleats for every day use for about $15. I should really get a pair to strap onto my shoes.

You could still get inside using the garage door, or climbing the fence a little. Don't be sad.

I love that I am now my own "thing". Klutzy and painful thing, but thing nonetheless.
