The real answer to this is that I use an administrative assistant, but not everyone has access to those.

WASTEFUL!!!
No, you just unfold the inner flap. The sticky part of the inner flap faces the non-sticky part of the envelope before "deployment" and only sticks to the counterpart stickiness on the outer flap.

Yeah, but I'm too cheap to actually acquire any, and just use the rancidbuttenvelopes sent to me by various agencies.
