Glue sticks are also good.
Very true.
The real answer to this is that I use an administrative assistant, but not everyone has access to those.

No, you just unfold the inner flap. The sticky part of the inner flap faces the non-sticky part of the envelope before "deployment" and only sticks to the counterpart stickiness on the outer flap.WASTEFUL!!!
