I have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. I never get used to it. I got up this early 5 times a week when I was in the school band. I was unable to adjust even after two years of it.Sun Jan 29, 2012 1:01:36 pm

If it was a urine test, 20 miles is a bit much, a little closer and I'm sure you'd hit the cup.
