It's too hot for cooking and I don't feel hungry at all. Dinner tonight is herbal tea with rice protein, electrolytes, and a lot of water. I already consumed 3/4 gallon of water today.

i thought today was very pleasant, actually, and i found myself rather hungry throughout the day. on Tuesday (when it was 103 F in Central Park) i consumed mainly iced tea, vegan ice cream, Italian ice, and other things with the word "ice" because it was too damned hot for anything else. last night i ate celery and carrots with hummus (and ice cream).

I had to spend a lot of time outdoors on Tuesday, because I was escorting tourists around the city. Today was better, but still hotter than my comfort level.Your dinner last night sounds like pregnancy food.
