Intense exhaustion
Wed Jul 21, 2010 12:11:12 am

I have been SO extremely tired the last few days.

Thurs. I literally slept all day. Every day since I have been lethargic and sleeping 10+ hours every night. While sleeping I have been in an extremely deep sleep.

My mind has been trying to trick me as well. Such as this morning I was supposed to be awake by 9 to let the computer tech in to look at our internet connection. I went to bed at 11:30. My alarm went off at 8:30, and I turned it off because my mind told me that L texted me telling me that he was running late and that I could stay in bed. I barely woke up in time to answer the door.

The day before I set my alarm for 8:30 again and my mind told me that I didn't have to study Russian (I have no idea where that came from...that wasn't the plan) and that I could turn off the alarm and go back to bed. Both times I was still in a lethargic dream state.

I don't know if I am still extremely tired from going to Nantucket and working a million hours or if it's the heat or if I am depressed, or if it's health related.

I just wish I wasn't so extremely tired all the time.

It's probably just recovery from what happened in Nantucket.

I'm kind of sad too and that doesn't help. But I don't think that would cause so deep of sleep.

Then it's probably not a thyroid issue.

I don't see any signs of this being a serious problem.

'cept I can't get up in the morning, I can barely stay awake during the day, and I pass out at night. It's annoying.

I was referring to the color of capillaries and not melanin.
