I am a student at a medical school. As in most of my school dreams, I forgot my schedule and can't find a printed version of it anywhere. I wander throughout the school finding various things. Part of my journey involves sneaking past a restricted area. This leads to a library, which should not be restricted. After passing the library, I reach an area where corpses are left out in the open to rot.

I find a small room that has a lot of electrical wiring on spools. This is the location of the electronics class, but there are no students nor teacher, because everyone is here to learn medicine and not electronics. I spend some time contemplating why there is a classroom for learning electronics. I wonder if I should study medical electronics and get a career in making medical devices.

After leaving the electronics classroom, I pass more rotting corpses. This eventually leads to an outdoor area that seems to be a fenced in giant mound of feces. I climb down the fence, run past security, and wake up.
