I finally watched the movie and it reminds me of the advantages of remaining a hermit. I don't think that I will ever get involved in a business venture with anyone else, and all of my best ideas will remain secrets until I am ready to unleash them upon the world.

Cool.

I have yet to watch that. I think I'll watch it just so I understand your point more.

I haven't seen it and have no plans to see it. I've seen the previews and read the plot description; it doesn't sound like a movie I would enjoy.

It's not really very good as a movie, but it has an interesting story.

On a totally unrelated note, I watched Sweeney Todd two nights ago. I will tell you the truth. I was too consumed in night of fun with my buddies to completely watch it with my full attention. That last scene was epic though, blood all over the floor covering the lovers.

Sweet.

Was it the play or the Tim Burton movie?

I have not seen it nor any trailers for it. I have no idea what it is about.

Tim Burton.

Tim Burton.
I like that movie better because I think the performances are better, but the 1979 play has more music--a few songs that were completely removed from the movie, and a few that are extended. I actually hate the acting in the play, for the most part, but it's worth watching for the extra music. Plus it doesn't have quite such an open-ended ending where you're left wondering about Toby.

I used a non-spoiler description of it for my profile here.

It's a movie about people turning into pie?

It's less about that, and more about . . . something else (trying not to spoil it). But that is a central part of it, yes.
