The Neighbor
Thu May 7, 2009 5:16:52 pm
I have a neighbor who seems to roam the streets all day. I see him approximately 3/4 the time when I venture outside. This is especially odd because I do not have a fixed schedule and I do not always encounter him at the same location. I go in and out at highly variable times and I encounter him most of the time. I don't think that he is homeless, because he wears different clothes every day and he does not appear sufficiently disheveled. He seems too young to be retired and he seems to be unemployed for too long to be able to support himself. It's theoretically possible that he has a lot of money, but it doesn't show in his clothes or in his habit of spending all day walking the streets. I wonder who supports him and why he doesn't just watch television or surf the internet. He is one of the few people who I consider to be creepy.

I had not considered this possibility. Maybe he should go to the beach.

Maybe he is on disability? Or else, he is a multi-millionaire who likes introspection.

It doesn't look like he has a physical disability, but mental disability seems highly probable.

Maybe he wonders the same thing about you. o_0
:D
This is possible, but I consider it improbable. Because I don't spend much time roaming around my neighborhood and I am out there at random times with high variability, it is far more probable for these frequent encounters to result from him being there throughout the day than for him to also coincidentally go out at the same time. If he is out there all day, then seeing me frequently should not surprise him.:D

He probably blogs somewhere, saying the same thing (but you as the odd wandering neighbor).
How funny ey.

Maybe you're the only one who can see him. ;-)

I had considered this possibility. I never see anyone talking to him. They don't even look at him, but I haven't seen anyone walk through him.
