Seuss
Wed Jun 22, 2011 3:15:56 pm
I heard a radio commercial while half awake, and I thought it was a drama about Dr. Seuss. I was disappointed to realize that the announcer was saying "Suits".
Also, I am disturbed by how some people pronounce "Asus" as "A Seuss". I don't know what the correct pronunciation should be, but that one disturbs me even if it might be right. I prefer to say "A Suss".

I don't normally watch tv but I may have to check that show out just because I love Gabriel Macht since I saw him in A Love Song for Bobby Long.

I have never watched a show solely because of who was in it.

I tried to look up the correct pronunciation on a dictionary web page then found out it was something to do with computers.

It's a name and not a word.

I have but I rarely (more like never) get into shows for more than an episode or two, if that.

For a company that manufactures computer parts.

If I really like a show, I try to watch the entire series.

I would rather watch the entire series on DVD. I haven't actually done that though. I just don't like having to remember to watch something weekly.

I've only downloaded one series. I think I just don't care enough about most TV shows to bother.

If it makes you feel any better, when I read the word, I read it as A suss. I have never said it aloud though.

I have just recently been able to recognize just how brilliant Seuss was. I never enjoyed his books growing up.
