Me too.
I expect to choke, inhale the solution, or get an infection from not cleaning the equipment well enough.

I've laughed/inhaled while drinking fluid before and getting that up your nose is the worst. I can't tell if it would feel like that.
The saline mix is supposedly more comfortable than plain water.

I have to use the sucker-outer on Smacky. Very unpleasant business.

What do you do for the dry hard ones that are stuck? Do you moisten them first before removing?

A cool mist machine and drinking lots of liquids helps prevent them; steamy showers or playing in the bathroom during/after someone else's shower moistens any that get stuck.
