If one of my friends, is kindknown for some bad things..I mean, not THAT bad but she doesnt know that peolpe talk about her like that... How do I tell her? Or do i tell her? I dont want to hurt her.

Are the bad things said about her true? Regardless of whether they are true or not, she should be informed.

I would tell her. It's likely to come out eventually anyway, and it would be less hurtful coming from a friend. Just do it kindly, sit her down, alone, and talk to her about it. She may still be hurt, but let her know that is not your intention, and that you are indeed her friend. After all, it's BECAUSE you are her friend that you are thinking about this, so it is BECAUSE you are her friend that you would tell her the truth.
