- Stop Autoplay - Prevents automatic playback of media. For example, if you do not want to hear Walter's voice every time you visit blog-stalk, installing this will prevent that audio clip from playing automatically. Playback is still possible if you click on the embedded object.
- Text Link - Converts URLs into links that can be opened in a new tab with a double click. This eliminates the need to copy a URL and paste it into the address bar of a new window or tab.
- Save Session - Provides a "Save Session and Exit" option in the file menu. This allows you to save the tabs and windows that are open for use in your next session. The next time you open Firefox, the session is restored to exactly how it was before you exited. This eliminates the need to reopen multiple windows and tabs that you alway keep open.
- ScrapBook - This one can be useful, but it can also be easily misused in a way that eventually leads to inconvenience. Scrapbook can save webpages and pages linked by the current page on which you start. Multiple levels of links can be specified for downloading. This can be useful if you want to download all the porn on a site that gives you a short term free trial. This add-on is promoted as a tool for saving webpages, but using it like an album of snapshots of webpages gets inconvenient after you scrapook tens of thousands of pages. The system scans the entire index of saved pages every time you mouse over the scrapbook menu, which gets added to menu bar. This can result in Firefox freezing for a moment if you have a lot of pages scrapbooked.

I told her that I probably stink too much to have sex with her and she invites me to take a shower with her. After I get naked, she vanishes along with my clothing.
My client is now a man. There is some kind of emergency that involves sirens, but I'm not sure what type of emergency it is. I put on a bathrobe and briefly step outside of the apartment to investigate. I suddenly appear outside the building and see a lot of police cars. I go back inside and my client's door is locked. I knock but there is no answer. My client calls one of his neighbors to try to contact me. When I answer the phone, I have tremendous difficulty in hearing what he says. I tell him that I need to get inside the apartment to fetch my clothes. I especially need to get my wallet to pay for transportation and my keys to get inside my own home. He tells me that I will have to wait until tomorrow morning unless I pay him $25. A police officer then informs me that my client has been arrested.
I force open the door to my client's apartment, but it has now changed into a different apartment. I look around and cannot find my stuff. The situation is too distressing and causes me to awaken.

It's another September 11. I was going to write about the tragedy, but I'm not in the mood and I already wrote about it earlier. My attention is focused instead on the weather and the kenken project that I started yesterday. Strong winds have been blowing all night and they have been causing my door to move back and forth. It sounds as if someone is desperately trying to open my door. This caused numerous interruptions in my sleep. I should have gotten up and slipped something in the gap to hold the door still, but my will to sleep was stronger than my will to get up and I wasn't thinking clearly enough to consider long term benefits.
I am feeling some pain in my right wrist when I move at certain angles. The most probable cause is spending many hours in front of the computer every day. Several hours of playing Bejeweled Blitz last night was certainly a factor, but I have been feeling sporadic mild pain prior to that. This does not mean I will spend less time at the computer. I can use my left hand to operate the mouse very efficiently, but I have been neglecting to switch sides. This provides me with an opportunity to investigate treatments that work.
I have already observed that a biomechanical change would help tremendously. I typically rest my weight on the heel of my palm and generate most of the movements from my wrist while operating a mouse. I probably developed this style because it required the least energy, but it is also the most damaging. If I suspend my forearm and move from my elbow and shoulder, my joints are never put into a harmful position and I feel no pain.
I am also exploring various types of massage and stretching. I use the term "massage" loosely to also include the internal massage that happens when moving around. I often see advice about immobilizing a joint when there is pain, but this is often completely wrong. Certain types of movements can be beneficial and I have found some that appear to help, although the benefit seems to only last for 20 to 30 minutes.
