You should just lie like everybody else. You can get people in trouble if you answer honestly.
I usually say "fine" or "OK". Most people who ask don't actually care what the answer is. I often don't know how I really am anyway. It's only clear to me when there is a strong emotion. I drank 4.5 pints of water today. I don't know how that converts.

Apparently our air quality sucks today bc of the ozone. They said no one should be outside today and to not drive if possible.
It reaches the 100's every year in mi so this weather isn't awful. People here are acting like the end of the world is about to occur.
