That's much better than my options.
I assume you would be paid pretty handsomely for it?I also told my mother about the encounter, now she's pretty pissed at me for not accepting the offer.

I would have preferred that you did not resort to sarcasm to convey your point.:/

more space efficient perhaps, but material-wise less not so much.
it's almost impossible to build large building using renewable sources.
Higher density also means better energy efficiency, especially in climatic conditions where passive cooling is feasible, and less requirements on transport, namely personal automobiles.it's almost impossible to build large building using renewable sources.
Material-wise, reinforced concrete structures can last well over 100 years, can last even longer if they designed with ease of service and repair in mind, embed a distributed sensor network into the building for self diagnosis, in fact, put in thousands of small, self-duplicating robots, and channels in the building through which they can travel, and link them up with the self-diagnosis system for constant repair and maintenance.
The buildings' central computers can be periodically upgraded, while the robots, being self-duplicating, they can be instructed to upgrade themselves, then the upgraded robots can upgrade the embedded sensor network, and even make structural improvements if the design allow that.

The worst I have seen ais blood on train tracks, and large plastic sheets covering what I presume are body parts.

re: comment#1
i have seen pictures of this but never understood what they mean by 24 rooms. this video was very helpful.
also, the design might be efficient, but nothing was mentioned about how it was ecologically friendly.
The potential is there, if everyone in an apartment live like this, you can fit a lot more people into it. Higher density also, the design might be efficient, but nothing was mentioned about how it was ecologically friendly.
less buildings.

[insert cynical joke about virgin trains]
I first saw the expression "as tight as a virgin" on Das Boot, I thought it was funny, so I used it a lot, for anything from rolling up a tarp, to screwing bolts, to tolerances for machine parts, then I was warned that it's not appropriate.

re: comment#2
what are trains like in sydney?
Double deck communter trains running on 1500V DC. 840-976 seat capacities on 8 carriage trains based run on surburban lines, the seats are generally uncomfortable. Older trains don't have air conditioning, but they will be replaced by a new design starting this year. Two types of trains with toilets and more comfortable seats run on outer surburban lines, and there is also 2-4 carriage intercity train that is saturated with the nauseating smell of vinyl which its cheap seatcovers are made of.On average, trains run on time 92% of the time, with "on time" being defined as within 5 minutes of scheduled time, but luckily, I live on the most reliable line in Sydney, and only experienced three incidents in which trains arrive more than 3 minutes later than scheduled in the past 6 years.
Small station generally have two trains per line per hour in each direction during normal hours and three during peak hours, larger stations can have up to 6 trains per line per hour in each direction during normal hours and up to twelve during peak hours. Fast trains stop only at large stations, while slow trains stop at small stations aswell.
Stations are generally 1-3km apart, from where I live to the Central station (13.68km), an adult single costs 4 AUD, peak hour return costs 8 AUD, and off-peak return costs 5.4 AUD and takes 25 minutes.
Network diagram found on wikipedia

It does look good.
I think my problem on resume's is that I don't boast enough.
I didn't make up anything about what I did though, only the outcomes, and I did it because they are almost impossible to verify.I think my problem on resume's is that I don't boast enough.
