this morning, on the way to work, i got in a fender bender. i'm not hurt, don't worry. i mean other than what is likely a pinched nerve. i've got a neck brace and medicine, and i'll see an orthopedist next week.

i was stopped at a light. the car in front of the car in front of me didn't move when the light changed. apparently, she had stalled out. traffic was going on both sides and i was waiting for the car in front of me to pull out. we were right at the light, so i was just waiting. then

BAM

this woman rammed my car and my entire body flew forward. really, seat belts and head rests are good ideas.

so, no work today, between ER and getting the prescriptions and calling the insurance company and making a doc's appointment, i was pretty busy.


i have everything i need for christmas. the girls are going to have a good one this year. :) i just hope my car doesn't need serious work. still waiting to hear on what to do with it. it works, but it needs to be checked before we drive up north next week. damage needs to be assessed.

i didn't cry or freak out or have anxiety or anything. i was a bit stressed obviously, but... :)
